Terms and Conditions
Reservation Requirement Leavenworth Great Escapes and Washington Great Escapes reservations are not guaranteed until a signed rental agreement and deposit or full payment are received and acknowledged by Leavenworth Great Escapes.
Cancelations You may cancel your reservation within 3o days or more prior to arrival date for a full refund.
There are no refunds for canceling within 30 days of arrival.
Deposits and Payments A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, unless the reservation arrival is within 30 days, then full payment is required. Full payment includes Rent, Lodging Taxes, Cleaning Fee, Safely Insurance and any processing fees. Final payment is due 31 days prior to arrival.
Rental Rates The nightly rate for each property is listed under the rate tab. Each property has a base rate for x # of guests and any guests beyond the base will be charged $30 per person / per night for adults (anyone over the age 13) and $15 per person / per night for children, no charge for infants under 2.
Responsibility: Guest hereby assumes all risk of damage to any and all personal property of property owner and guest, including household furniture and goods during such use and occupancy. Guest hereby assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Leavenworth Great Escapes, Washington Great Escapes and property owners harmless from and indemnify them against the same.Trust And Safety The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $5,000 of accidental coverage for contents and property damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental bodily injury. Complete terms regarding the Trust and Safety coverage can be found at Leavenworth Great Escapes LLC or Washington Great Escapes. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible or minimum claim amount will be the responsibility of the Guest, and safely.com/leavenworthgreatescapes will process using the form of payment on file for Guest. Coverage excludes stays over 29 nights.
Travel Insurance Guests are encouraged to purchase Travel Insurance.
Minimum night Stay There is a 2 night minimum stay required for all reservations. Most holiday and some festival weekends require a 3 night minimum stay. There are no check in's allowed on Thanksgiving day or Christmas Day.
No Smoking Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in and around any Leavenworth Great Escapes and Washington Great Escapes properties. This includes Tobacco and Marijuana. Our properties are located in a high fire danger area. A $500 fee may be charged for ionization & extra cleaning if smoking in the property is detected.
Fires / Fireworks / Firearms Our properties are located in high fire risk areas! All of these are strictly prohibited in or around any of our properties including but not limited to fires, firearms of any kind, fireworks, cigarette butts. Illegal fires, fireworks or firearms are cause for immediate removal from the property and forfeiture of all rents, fees and deposits.
Pets Dogs are welcome at our 'Pet-Friendly' designated homes ONLY.
Dogs or other pets are strictly prohibited at non-pet friendly homes due to allergies of owners and other guests, we do however have pet lodging recommendations for your fur family member during your stay.
There is a non-refundable pet fee at our pet-friendly properties of $100 per pet, per stay and must be pre-arranged with management in advance. This does not include damage or additional cleaning caused by the pet.
Guests must disclose if they are bringing a dog to the property prior to making their reservation.
If guests bring a pet to a non-pet friendly property they will be violating the rental agreement and subject to forfeiture of deposit and any necessary special pet cleaning/sanitation costs and guests will be asked to vacate the rental immediately and will not be refunded for the remainder of their stay.
Age Requirements Leavenworth Great Escapes and Washington Great Escapes reserves the right ot refuse service to anyone under the age of 30.
The legal name on the rental agreement must occupy the property during the dates booked and is responsible for all guests staying at the property.

Local Area Wildlife Our mountainous communities see a number of different wildlife on a daily basis. We experience deer, elk, moose, raccoons, opossums, squirrels, chipmunks, bats, rats, mice, wild turkeys, coyotes, wolf, cougar, bear and many other small and large creatures. Please observe any animal from a safe distance as animals are unpredictable. NEVER feed any wild animal. Be sure you do not leave any loose bags of food or garbage outside or in your car as this will attract wildlife. Be sure and burn off and scrape the BBQ after each use.
Occupancy The maximum occupancy of your rental is the number the home sleeps, including infants and children.
By state law, occupancy must not exceed what is posted for each property. Guests must not bring more people to the property beyond what is stated in the rental agreement. Please note that we do not allow sleeping on any furniture that that is not designated as a sleeping area or on the floor. Additional guests beyond the base must be paid in advance.
Before Your Stay
Check In / Check Out Check-in is at 4PM and Check-out is at 11AM.
All of our properties are self-check in so no need to worry if you cannot arrive by the check in time.
If you are interested in checking in early or departing late, please check with us for availability and pricing. We do our best to accommodate such requests but can not guarantee early check-in or late check-out.
Leavenworth Great Escapes/Washington Great Escapes Provided Items We will provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, trash bags, coffee, sugar, some spices, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, body soap and a basic supply of linens. During Your Stay should you run low on supplies please let us know.
Parking and Snow Removal During winter, driveway snow removal is provided at most of our properties. Please be patient with plow drivers during severe storms, as they work hard to keep up with snow accumulation and a very vital to us! If you hear the plow coming please try and move your vehicle out of the way while they take care of the driveway.
Be sure you know the local laws regarding winter parking.
Do not park on the street as you could get fined and/or towed or have damage to your vehicle.
Driving conditions may be hazardous and can change at any moment. Please be prepared and drive safely. It's always best to slow down!
Maintenance and Housekeeping Our maintenance and housekeeping staff work hard to ensure your vacation home is in tip-top condition. If you should discover otherwise, please report it to us immediately and we will do our best to correct it as soon as possible. Immediately notify us at 509-349-3009. We do not offer mid-stay housekeeping unless pre-arranged and an extra fee paid.
Parties and Events We do not allow house, bachelor / bachelorette parties or weddings. We are happy to give suggestions on where to host your party or event. Should we discover that you are hosting a party we have the right to have you immediately vacate the property forfeiting the remainder of your stay with no refund.
Neighbors and Quiet Hours Guests shall not disturb or go onto the property of the neighbors at any of our locations. Respect quiet times between 10 pm and 8 am in accordance to Chelan County Noise Ordinance. Some of our properties have 9:00 pm or 9:30 pm to 8 am quiet hours, please refer to the information on the refrigerator of the property for that properties specific times. Disruption and/or a call from neighbors could warrant a visit from local law enforcement. A second call will result in immediate removal from the property and forfeiture of all rents, fees and deposits.
Hot Tubs Some of our properties have outdoor hot tubs. Please abide by the rules listed in the informational binders at each property and any posted instructions/rules.
Prior To Check Out Guests shall wash all dishes and/or load and start dishwasher, place the remaining towels in the location specified in each properties rental agreement, make sure the beds that were used are not made but tousled so staff knows which bedding requires washing/changing (properties with hide-a-beds should have all used linens placed with used towels), return heater thermostats back to the posted temperature in all rooms of the home, make sure all windows are closed and locked, turn out lamps, take out trash and recycles, make sure all doors are locked/dead bolted and return the key to the lockbox (if there is one).
After Your Stay Each property will be inspected and cleaned after your departure. The cleaning fee paid to rent the property covers normal cleaning. Any cleaning necessary above and beyond the standard care will be charged to you at the rate of $50/hour. Lost and Found, Leavenworth Great Escapes and Washington Great Escapes are not responsible for forgotten or lost items. We will do our best to locate and return any lost or forgotten items. Items left behind may be shipped UPS with a valid credit card from the guest. Left items will be held for 30 days, and then donated to a local charity.
